We are committed to providing a smooth shopping experience, including fast, reliable, and affordable shipping.

 

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

Shipping Times & Fees

Shipping within Canada 🇨🇦

Standard (Canada Post or equivalent): 3 to 9 business days – Flat rate: $10.00 CAD

Free shipping within Canada on orders over $50 CAD

 

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within Canada. For special requests, please contact us at info@mynotable.ca or through the contact form on our website.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders shipped without tracking are not eligible for refunds in the event of loss.

 

Possible Delays

Please note that delays may occur due to weather conditions, high seasonal demand (e.g., holidays, back-to-school), or factors beyond our control (e.g., strikes, customs).

 

Incorrect Address or Returned Packages

Please double-check your shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.

Notable Refund Policy

Returns accepted by Notable are for defective items only. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you have purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at the email address below and provide details of the product and the defect. We will then advise you on how to return the product. 

 

When we receive the returned product, we will examine it and notify you by e-mail, within a reasonable time, if you are entitled to an exchange due to the defect. If you are entitled to an exchange, we will replace the product. Shipping and handling charges you have already paid are non-refundable.

Return requests for new items

1. Return of new items in good condition 

We do not accept returns of new items in good condition.

 

2. Exchanges 

We will only exchange goods that are defective or damaged. If you consider a product to be defective, please contact us within 15 days of your purchase at the e-mail address below and provide details of the product and the defect. We will then advise you on how to return the product. 

 

3. Exceptions 

Some items are not exchangeable. These items are designated on our website as non-exchangeable, on sale or part of a final sale. 

 

4. Shipping 

You will be responsible for the shipping charges associated with the return of your item. We are not responsible for loss or damage in transit. You must also prepay shipping charges for all returns. To exchange the item you have purchased, please mail it, along with a copy of your receipt and any other information regarding your purchase, to the address listed below:

5. Process 

Once we receive your item, we will examine it and notify you by e-mail, within a reasonable time, if you are eligible for an exchange. Shipping and handling charges you have already paid are non-refundable. If you qualify for an exchange, we will ship a new item to the original shipping address.
